Outreach
I'm passionate about sharing the hidden side of research and helping others navigate the challenges of academic life. These projects span podcasts, seminars, mentoring, and workshops--all aimed at making academia more transparent and supportive.
Podcast & Seminars
Behavioural Science Uncovered
Each episode covers the real story behind one of the speaker's papers. How did they start this project? What hurdles did they encounter? How long did it really take? What would they have done differently?
Listen at bsuncovered.com →Behind-the-Scenes Seminar Series
A new online seminar format: a traditional short presentation from the speaker, followed by live forecasting from the audience about elements of the research journey. The speaker then covers each topic and debriefs.

As Fellow for Research at St John's College, I organize seminars, conversations, and workshops at Oxford. This includes a Failing Well series—events exploring how researchers navigate rejection, failure, and setbacks in academic life—and in-person Behind-the-Scenes live events. For more on how I think about failure in research, see my Nature Opinion piece.
